An examination to the change to the Register of People with Significant Control Regulations as well as the requirements that need to be met and what to do next.

The requirement for certain companies to maintain a register of people with significant control (PSC) came into effect in April 2016. The PSC regime has been amended with effect from 26th June 2017, expanding the types of entity within the scope of the requirements and altering the way in which changes to the PSC register must be reported to Companies House.
